Will BRICKIE Brick Cleaner remove oil and tar stains?

Our Brick Cleaner is water based and, while it will work on such residual stains, it will not be as effective on major spills as MASONRY CLINIC’s Oil, Grease & Tar Remover.

Do you recommend BRICKIE Brick Cleaner for organic growths such as mould, moss and algae?

Our Brick Cleaner will certainly remove such contaminants, but for the most powerful anti-bacterial and long-term treatment of hard surfaces we suggest MASONRY CLINIC’s Patio, Path & Wall Fungicide. It works like magic!

How much BRICKIE Brick Cleaner do I need?

Much depends on the degree of soiling but, as an average, a litre will clean around 9 square metres (or 97 square feet).

What are the main contaminants that can be removed with your product?

Almost all common contaminants can be cleaned with BRICKIE Brick Cleaner including even efflorescent salts – as well as cement, mortar, slurry, brick dust, everyday mud and grime, residual grease and all kinds of stains.

What surfaces can your Brick Cleaner be used on?

Our product has been specifically formulated for all man-made masonry substrates such as bricks, paving blocks, slabs and concrete of all kinds. It is also highly effective on glazing and plastics.

What is the main advantage BRICKIE Brick Cleaner has against competing products?

Using natural organic acids that are twice as strong as old-fashioned acid cleaners our Brick Cleaner is safe, non-toxic, plant and animal friendly.

Is BRICKIE Brick Cleaner easy to use?

It certainly is – with a simple brush or a pressure washer. After wetting the surface thoroughly the Brick Cleaner is applied generously, and washed off with cold water. Full directions are on the package.

Why do you call your Brick Cleaner “the world’s best”?

Because we keep an eye on all competing products around the globe and make sure that our formulas are at the cutting edge of scientific excellence. In fact, if any customer feels they have found a competing retail product that does the job better, sending us the used item with a note explaining why they feel it is better, we will refund their last purchase of BRICKIE Brick Cleaner made at any time in the previous six months!

It’s a good brick wall stain removing product.

Its very good. The description however, should state that a HARD brush should be used in brushing the dirt off. Following the directions on the product, I wasted a couple of pounds in buying a painting brush just to realise my bathroom brush was a much better option.

Removal of effervescence from black brick patio walls

Removed a good proportion of effervescence. Would benefit with a follow up with metal brush.
Great service

Excellent product.

The bricks on the front of our 40 year old house were badly stained and covered with efflorescence. After using the Brick, Patio & Concrete Cleaner the bricks came up like new. I can’t recommend this product highly enough. Excellent service from the Masonry Clinic.

The best product on the market!

This was my 3rd brick cleaning product that I purchased and by far the best. It was to clean my brick at the front of my log burner. These gave been down 20 yrs and had. stains from the fire and candle wax. It's immediately effective, also natural and has brought the bricks up brilliantly. The wax stains have disappeared. I'm so pleased, I thought nothing was going to work. We've had a new clockwood log burner installed in forest green and with the deep red bricks it all looks pretty good.
Don't waste your money on poisonous products, this works better than anything I found!
